These terms apply when you use the Meezan Educational Consultants website or engage us for study abroad counselling or processing services. By using our website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Free consultation and paid services

Our initial consultation and counselling session are free, with no obligation to proceed further. If you choose to have us handle your application, scholarship search or visa processing on your behalf, that is a separate, optional paid service, agreed with you in advance.

Use of our services

You agree to give us accurate and complete information about your academic background, finances and circumstances, since our advice and any application we help prepare depend on what you tell us. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any document before it is submitted on your behalf.

No guarantee of outcome

We provide honest, informed guidance, but we cannot guarantee that any university admission, scholarship or visa application will be successful, since these decisions rest with the relevant university, scholarship body or immigration authority.

Fees and refunds

Fees for any paid service are agreed with you before work begins. Refund terms, where applicable, will be set out in writing at the time you engage a paid service.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions made by universities, scholarship providers or immigration authorities, or for losses arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
